New Business Now Open In Las Vegas

New Business Now Open In Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) February 1, 2008

Careers that make a positive difference while allowing the position to earn a great income are hard to come by. Hypnotherapists can make $ 100 (or more) per hour while helping people to break free of self-limiting beliefs and rapidly move toward their goals. Located in dazzling Las Vegas Nevada, the Institute’s mission is to train the worlds most effective and successful hypnotherapists.

“At Institute you will receive a broad based exposure to hypnotherapy while learning the philosophies of the world’s top hypnotherapists,” says Institute President Marc Savard.

“What makes us different from other hypnosis schools is our combination of live demonstrations, hands-on-training and dynamic lectures which bring the subject to life for our students. Remarkable insights and events are not uncommon occurrences in class,” adds founding Director John Zulli.

No newcomers to the world of hypnosis, Institute Director’s Marc Savard and John Zulli have hypnotized over 60,000 people and have a combined 35 years of working in the field.

Few careers offer the financial rewards, life flexibility and job satisfaction of hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapists can make an above average income from seeing as few as 10 private clients a week

Hypnotists who perform stage shows average about $ 2000 per performance

Many graduates of hypnotherapy training also make thousands of dollars each year leading seminars on weight loss, stop smoking, giving motivational talks and selling their products in the back of the room and over the internet – a few make millions!

But Money isn’t the only reward…

Learn Hypnosis…

Hypnotherapists set their own hours and often work as much- or as little -as they like. This means that they can make a great living while living a full life! Hypnotherapy’s flexibility also makes it a great part-time income or retirement career.

“Plus, helping people to do amazing things with their mind is one of life’s most rewarding experiences. When you learn hypnosis, take hypnotherapy training and practice hypnotherapy you experience dynamic personal growth” says Zulli.

Leading Clinical Hypnotherapist Assists Nsw’s Drought-Afflicted Farmers

Leading Clinical Hypnotherapist Assists Nsw’s Drought-Afflicted Farmers

Perth, Western Australia (PRWEB) February 7, 2008

Farmers in New South Wales may have received welcome rain over the past month, but the effects of the drought that has plagued the state are far from over. “The psychological effects of the drought continue to devastate

farming families in New South Wales,” said Rick Collingwood, a world-renowned hypnotherapist and the founder of Mind Motivations and the Australian Academy of Hypnosis. “We are seeing signs of trauma, depression, and even suicidal thought throughout the region,” he said.

Although a little over half of New South Wales is currently drought declared, a year ago the figure was over 90 percent. “The long-term effects of the drought won’t be washed away with a few rainstorms,” said Collingwood. “These farming families have faced very bleak times, and are often without hope for a brighter future.”

Collingwood has been working with the Drought Relief Committee in Lockhart, which is situated in Eastern Riverina, New South Wales, and has made a commitment to help the farming community in any way he can. According to John Lordi, producer of Collingwood’s IRIE radio program

in the U.S., “Rick had been sending complimentary self-hypnosis CDs to depressed farmers in New South Wales, and the CDs had helped so much that an organizer phoned and asked whether or not Rick would be willing to come out and help if the organization could get government funding. His immediate response was to forget the government grant -that he would go to the Lockhart region for three days beginning February 21.”

While in Lockhart, Collingwood will conduct two group hypnosis sessions. “My intent is to put an end to feelings of hopelessness and depression, and give farming families the tools they need to begin to turn their lives around,” Collingwood said. “I want to turn on the healing forces that reside within each person.”

Collingwood’s breakthrough techniques in hypnotherapy have resulted in his helping terminal cancer patients, service members returning from Iraq, and young people who are in rehabilitation, to name a few. His latest efforts have been in the fields of autism and attention deficit

hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), where non-hypnosis interventions have had promising results.

Collingwood’s dedication to the plight of farmers in drought-stricken New South Wales is certain to make a difference. “Rick is relentless in his efforts to help those in need, and will do whatever it takes to help families better cope with the long-lasting impact of the drought,” concluded Lordi.

About Rick Collingwood: Rick Collingwood is one of the world’s most skilled therapeutic

hypnotists and hypnosis trainer. He founded Mind Motivations and the Australian Academy of Hypnosis, and is also on the committee of The Council of Clinical Hypnotherapists. He has accredited training in hypnosis, counseling, and mental health issues. He has also earned a

gold ARIA Award for his Lose Weight Now! Hypnosis CD.

Collingwood has been featured internationally on Good Morning America, KTLA, the NBC News, and numerous radio shows including the Joey Reynolds Radio Show (WOR New York), The Mancow Radio Show (Chicago), Bulldog Radio Show (IRIE Ocean City. MD).

For an interview or more information, please contact Rick Collingwood by phone or email.

Beat the Stress of Living in Calgary – Calgarian Plans to Save 10,000 Lives in 2008

Beat the Stress of Living in Calgary – Calgarian Plans to Save 10,000 Lives in 2008

(PRWEB) February 11, 2008

February is Heart Healthy month. Give some one you know the best present, The Ultimate gift, A healthy you.

Just like in Michelle Maganan’s article in the Calgary Herald on The Boom in Calgary and the Stress associated with it, here from Allan H. Fine are 10 Stress Busting Secrets just for Calgarians:

Top ten stress busters

1. Smile – And Don’t Complain for 21 days

Smiling can be the first line of defense against stress. It’s quick, easy, and free. There is a website called http://www.acomplaintfreeworld.org/ no complaining for 21 days you will be amazed how your life transforms. When you smile your body releases feel-good hormones, while the stress hormone, cortisol, the mid-section fat retaining hormone is reduced. Smiling helps you feel happy, calm and in control. It lowers your blood pressure and makes you feel good about yourself.

2. Exercise

It’s the fountain of youth, look 10 years younger , 100% true. As well as its undoubted benefits for your general health, exercise is highly effective in reducing stress. It improves blood-flow to the whole body, helping you think more clearly. The Best Stress buster ever invented, Exercise is also another great way to release endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers and feel-good hormones. There is also evidence that fit people are better able to handle the long-term effects of stress. Don’t know how to exercise safely? Hire a Lifestyle Fitness Coach or personal trainer in Calgary.

3. Get enough rest and sleep

We all need 6-8 hours of sleep every day. Taking a rest isn’t only about not doing anything. A rest from work can mean the difference from having a heart attack or not. Especially in Calgary. Putting the emphasis on what you do in your leisure time – hobbies, holidays, sport – to counterbalance work or everyday stress. We all need sleep for energy, good concentration and general health. Chronic sleep-deprivation can affect your performance at work, which can be a key factor in raising stress levels. Life balance and taking time for yourself is critical. Like in the movie “Click” with Adam Sandler, don’t let life pass you by. Family is the most important thing in life. Cherish it “Live It” .

4. Positive thinking

Changing your thoughts and change you life and is not as difficult as you think. Turn off that little voice in you head that tell you hundreds of negative things every day. It takes practice but every time your little voice tells you something negative, just say “thanks for sharing” and move on. Try to adopt an outlook on life that stops you seeing external events as determining your happiness. Instead, see your thoughts as the determiner of your happiness. You can do this you’ll reduce the negative tension that leads to much of the stress in your life. Watch the movie “The Secret”.

5. Reach out to others

We as a community in Calgary are pretty isolated from each other. People are generally doing their own things. Reach out to your neighbors and friends. If someone reaches out to you be open to that. When you need to reduce the pressure in your life, you can’t always do it on your own. Calgary is a village and help and be kind to each other. Everyone should have a support network of friends, family, co-workers and other people they can call on to help take the strain – whether it’s practical help or a sympathetic ear when you feel down. If you don’t please contact me, I will help you out.

6. Achieve a good work-life balance

How many hours a day do you work opposed to spending with your family or enjoying life. Add it up on paper. Don’t let work dominate your life. No matter how ambitious you are, it’s important to make time for relaxation and fun. That might mean reducing the number of hours you work, or changing to a job that’s closer to home so your commuting time is reduced. Use time management techniques to ensure you’re more productive during your normal working hours, rather than continually staying late at the office.

7. Relaxation

Tonight take a hot bath and turn off the TV, stretch, breathe deeply for 10 minutes or read a book. A good relaxation technique is an anti-stress weapon that you come up with and you can always carry with you, to help you deal with any stressful situation as it arises. Make relaxation a regular part of your daily routine. There are so many relaxation techniques, from deep-breathing and visualization to meditation and self-hypnosis. Find one that works for you – check out the many books, meditation CDs and DVDs that can help.

8. Eat a healthy diet

Stay away from fast food and other high fat foods , Also per capita we in Calgary drink a lot ( I mean a lot of Booze ) Try doing that only once a month. A balanced diet that delivers all the nutrients your body needs to function at its optimum level is essential for dealing with stressful situations. And cutting back on stimulants like caffeine and sugar and stop smoking, its killing you. This will keep your blood sugar levels constant and help you to avoid mood swings.

9. Hugging

When is the last time you gave someone a great Hug. I know our harassment laws are strict now a days so just ask someone before and if someone asks you say yes. Make sure you get and give your fair share of hugs. Not only does hugging feel good, it has been proven to help reduce the stress level, cortisone.

10. Seek professional help if you need it

Hire a life coach, it’s Forbes magazines fastest growing profession. Just make sure they are certified. If you feel that despite all your efforts stress is getting the better of you, there are lots of people who can help. The International Stress Management Association provides referrals to stress management professionals, as well as guidance on dealing with stress.
