Tom Nicoli Announces New Video Showing How to Lose Weight Without Diets
Tom Nicoli Announces New Video Showing How to Lose Weight Without Diets
Woburn, MA (PRWEB) January 1, 2007
Tom Nicoli, BCH, CI has created a new proven weight loss program just in time for the new year. Nicoli demonstrated the effectiveness of his weight loss program on Dateline NBC’s Ultimate Weight Loss Challenge when pastry chef Marc lost 40 pounds.
Nicoli says, “With the turn of a new year, there are millions of people starting a new diet, getting back on an old diet, or taking a more extreme approach that may lead to harm. I can help every single person who wants to lose weight and there is no diet involved. And I guarantee it!”
The weight loss and diet industry cashes in each year at the tune of $ 40 Billion. The way to really lose weight in a safe, healthy and permanent way has been kept secret, until now. When it comes to effective weight loss, focusing on your body is a waste of time and money and leads to more problems.
“Every behavior, habit, choice and decision is done at a level below your conscious thinking. If your conscious / ego mind worked for change, life would be easy. But, using your conscious mind to create behavior change is like waxing your car to improve the engine’s performance. It’s the same with your mind. The conscious mind is what is above the surface while it’s the subconscious that is the engine that runs things,” explains Nicoli.
Harvard Medical School Hypnosis Instructor Jean Fain rated Nicoli’s weight loss audio CDs in Shape magazine as the “hippest of the hyp” with the only highest 5 star rating. Tom Nicoli is an NGH Board Certified Hypnotist, Certified Instructor and published author. He is internationally recognized as a speaker and trainer and has clients from around the world creating positive changes for self improvement.

San Francisco Bay Area Non Smoking Center Announces Prime Potential ? Program for Accelerating Evolution by Integrating Science, Psychology, and Spirituality
San Francisco Bay Area Non Smoking Center Announces Prime Potential ® Program for Accelerating Evolution by Integrating Science, Psychology, and Spirituality
Oakland, CA (Vocus/PRWEB) March 02, 2011
Prime Potential® is a powerful, life-changing process that assists people in identifying what is in their blind spot and metaphorically “locking up” a person’s system. Its revolutionary technology assists the nervous system to release core constrictions, which are not just in the mind or thinking, but stored in the body.
Ken says, “Every constriction is actually located in a person’s nervous system and when they release these blocks at the cellular level, profound changes occur. Whether someone feels like their energy, creativity or passion is being crushed, or they feel trapped, lost, or overwhelmed, it’s all logged in the nervous system.”
Clearing these constrictions, so the whole physical and emotional system can run smoothly, is the focus of Prime Potential®.
“Addressing deep challenges requires a holistic approach, including body, mind, and spirit,” said Guzzo. “This approach must be more than mere philosophy—it must extend to application and life-long integration.””
Prime Potential® is designed to activate life-altering transformation that helps people identify and move beyond core constrictions which negatively affect their current health, well-being and performance. Over the course of a three-month period Ken facilitates individuals releasing past and present blocks that have been getting in the way of them living a life of confidence, joy and ease.
“Since the first session with Ken I have found myself excelling at work, becoming one of the top sales representatives in my company; top 5 in the country out of 500,” says Daniel O’Rourke.
The outworking, or effect of this kind of deep work is a profound shift in the way in which people are able to approach life, and work through the myriad of issues that daily life presents with ease and grace.
Once benchmarks have been established there is a thorough explanation of how the client has been sabotaging themselves, and what fears are driving the sabotage pattern. It is from this point that Ken Guzzo and client work together to identify the specific fears locked in the nervous system.
They then clear those fears, releasing the constrictions that have been jamming the system. Explained in more detail in the Psychology of our Work, the nervous system is like a personal, internal security system, and the alarm, once triggered, stays on alert watching for anything that may pose a threat. Having been cleared, the system is free to establish a new foundation from which to operate. All of this occurs in the first session.
“After 30 years of personal growth practice, I thought I’d experienced it all,” said Bill Chalmers. “Prime Potential® blew this myth completely out of the water. What a profound, life-altering, confronting, uprooting, belief-busting way to live life! Delightful and wonderful…always revealing and sometimes disturbing…and ongoingly inspiring, invigorating, and revitalizing. Thank you!”

The International Songwriting Competition (ISC) Announces 2009 Winners; Celebrity Judges Award Grand Prize To UK Songwriter King Charles For His Song “Love Lust”
The International Songwriting Competition (ISC) Announces 2009 Winners; Celebrity Judges Award Grand Prize To UK Songwriter King Charles For His Song “Love Lust”
Nashville, TN (PRWEB) April 29, 2010
The International Songwriting Competition (ISC) is pleased to announce its 2009 winners. It is with great pleasure that ISC bestows its highest honor, the ISC Grand Prize, to King Charles of London, England for his song “Love Lust,” a brilliantly unique song that stretches the boundaries of contemporary rock with a sonic roller coaster ride of head-rushing, multi-layered instrumentation and vocals. This is the first time the US-based ISC has ever awarded its Grand Prize to a UK songwriter. The Grand Prize winner takes home $ 25,000 in cash (US) and over $ 20,000 in prizes, the largest Grand Prize of any songwriting competition.
Established in 2002, ISC honors amateur and professional songwriters around the world and awards more than $ 150,000 in cash and prizes in all. With judges ranging from Tom Waits, Steve Winwood, Jeff Beck, Robbie Williams, McCoy Tyner, Loretta Lynn, Jerry Lee Lewis, Robert Smith (The Cure) and many more (as well as seven record label Presidents), winning the ISC Grand Prize is an accomplishment that recognizes excellence in the craft of songwriting.
In its eighth year, ISC received almost 15,000 songs from amateur and professional songwriters from almost 100 countries worldwide, confirming ISC’s status as the leading global songwriting event. The New York Times called ISC, “the songwriting competition to take note of.”
For a complete list of 2009 ISC winners and to hear the winning songs, go to http://www.songwritingcompetition.com/winners.htm
The song “Love Lust” was a unanimous selection by the ISC judges. The song, entered into the Rock category, was praised by the ISC judges for its originality, ambitious and innovative arrangement, hooky melody, and poetic lyrics.
Candace Avery, the founder and director of ISC, states, “The song ‘Love Lust’ is one of the most inventive songs I’ve ever heard. It is rare that an artist comes along who is so creative, interesting, and most importantly, authentic. There is such a depth to his artistry that it seems as if the creativity just pours out of him. I am confident he has a hugely successful career ahead of him.”
King Charles only began making music seriously in 2005. Earlier as a boy, he learned the cello, sang in the school choir, and took up guitar, listening to Dylan who he says “made the world bigger for me.” After a year at University, he returned to London, without a degree, but with a new moniker, King Charles. He formed a band, Adventure Playground, and soon they were touring with artists such as Laura Marling, Noah and the Whale, and Mumford and Sons. The song, “Love Lust” is his latest single and demonstrates his keenly original artistry.

In addition to the Grand Prize winner, many other deserving songwriters also share in the prestige and kudos of winning their respective categories in ISC 2009. These winners hail from all over the world (57% of this year’s winners come from outside the USA), representing diverse cultures and ranging from talented amateurs to seasoned songwriting veterans. The 21 categories include all genres of contemporary music, from Rock to Pop to Jazz to R&B/Hip-Hop and more. See below for a complete list of ISC 2009 winners.

Science and Nonduality Conference Announces Program and Speaker Lineup
Science and Nonduality Conference Announces Program and Speaker Lineup
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) September 25, 2009
The first annual conference on Science and Nonduality to be held in San Rafael October 21-24, 2009 has announced details of its program and speaker lineup. The conference will bring together authorities in Western science and Eastern metaphysics to explore areas of mutual interest and inquiry around the topic of nonduality.
Nonduality comes from the Sanskrit word advaita, the understanding that a single reality underlies everything in the universe. Long believed by Eastern philosophers to be pure consciousness, underlying reality is also a primary goal of Western quantum physicists, cosmologists, philosophers and neuroscientists seeking to unravel the mystery of the conscious mind. Such a synthesis could have profound implications for understanding reality and existence.
Featured presenters will include:
Amit Goswami
Stuart Hameroff
Francis Lucille
Daniel Pinchbeck
Jeff Foster
Marilyn Schlitz
Henry Stapp
Stephen Wolinksy
Fred Alan Wolf
Topics include the quantum basis for reality, Buddhism, the neurological correlates of consciousness and healing, and whether the absolute nondual state only exists prior to the emergence of consciousness or the “I” (the conscious self).
Two days of workshops will precede the conference, including presentations by Peter Russell, Amit Goswami, Fred Alan Wolf, Daniel Pinchbeck, Stuart Hameroff and others.
In addition to formal presentations the conference will feature a nonduality-themed film series, art installations, a section to experience nondual reality through meditation, art, dance, hypnosis, and music, and various social events.
University of Arizona professor Stuart Hameroff says: “Connections between consciousness and reality have taken center stage due to similarities between Eastern spiritual practice and counter-intuitive scientific discoveries that challenge everyday views of the world. This conference will explore these connections.”
The event is organized by Neti Neti Media in association with the Center for Consciousness Studies at the University of Arizona, the Institute of Noetic Science (IONS), the Nondual Wisdom and Psychotherapy Conference, and the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology (ITP). It will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Marin Convention Center, San Rafael, California Thursday October 22 through Sunday October 25, 2009. Pre-conference workshops will be held on October 21-22.
The official website http://www.scienceandnonduality.com contains information and program details. Attendees may register online, and discount rates are available for a limited period.
Neti Neti Media, LLC is an association of filmmakers, scientists, and philosophers committed to expanding human potential by bridging modern science and ancient traditions.

AcuAids Announces Acupuncture at Home to Stop Smoking, Lose Weight and More
AcuAids Announces Acupuncture at Home to Stop Smoking, Lose Weight and More
North Lima, OH (PRWEB) March 14, 2010
AcuAids announces acupuncture at home to stop smoking, lose weight and more…
· Key features include the ability to experience the benefits of acupuncture at home.
· AcuAids provides the consumer with effects similar to that experienced with a needle, without the prick, pain or expense.
· AcuAids can be used for Stop Smoking, Weight Loss, Face Lift, Headaches, Pain Relief and more.
AcuAids a way of experiencing the benefits of acupuncture without the needle announced today the introduction of a new line of products. Said AcuAids’ President and Developer, Dr. William Schneider: “People want to try acupuncture, however the fear of needles and the exuberant expense prevents most individuals from experiencing the benefits this wonderful technique has to offer. Now their dreams have been realized. With AcuAids you can experience all the benefits of acupuncture without any of the drawbacks. AcuAids product line for Stop Smoking, Weight Loss, Face Lift, Pain Relief and more is now available for the first time across North America, the Middle East, and Europe.”
Acupuncture has been utilized for over 5,000 years, but today still has only been tried by an estimated ten percent of the total U.S. population and perhaps 15 percent in Europe. AcuAids needle-less acupuncture offers individuals worldwide an effective approach to acupuncture point stimulation with results similar if not even superior to that of a needle, having longer stimulation times, ease of self application and lower cost.
According to a recent article in Consumer Reports Americans rank acupuncture as one of the top performing therapies used to eliminate pain. And if you turn on the television you will on a regular basis see articles referring to the benefits of acupuncture.
Says Dr. William Schneider, AcuAids developer and one of the world’s leading experts in holistic healthcare: “AcuAids has now effectively solved the fear and expense issues associated with acupuncture and has developed a proprietary approach for many of the health issues the average patient suffers.”
Adds Dr. Schneider: “Dramatic cost savings are possible because AcuAids does not require making Doctor appointments, sitting in a waiting room and laying in a treatment room for up to an hour or more.”
With Dr. Schneider’s approach, an individual simply applies small 2,000 gauss magnets to specific acupuncture points, listens to a neuroprogramming CD every night and for pain conditions performs specific stretches and exercises. The AcuAids magnets are worn either just at night, while you sleep or you may wear them all day. As you see results, your hunger and cravings are reduced or stopped, your pain disappears, your symptoms are reducing, then you can reduce the frequency of use. Dr. Schneider’s AcuAids offers individuals a comprehensive approach for resolving health issues. On Dr. Schneider’s approach, you can look your best and have confidence in your ability to lose weight and stop counting calories, eliminate your addictions, stop the pain and return to being happy. The AcuAids approach is a dream come true!
The AcuAids is available as a kit, which includes a 30-day supply. For more information, call 330-549-2146, or log onto http://www.acuaids.com.

Online Astrology, Tarot and Psychic Forum — MysticBoard.com Announces New Initiatives To Celebrate Its 2nd Anniversary
Online Astrology, Tarot and Psychic Forum — MysticBoard.com Announces New Initiatives To Celebrate Its 2nd Anniversary
(PRWEB) April 9, 2007
Today, celebrate online communities. Today, celebrate MysticBoard.com. MysticBoard.com today celebrates its 2nd anniversary. Mystic Board, today is unarguably the most comprehensive resource on all new age topics to be found anywhere on the Internet. On this occasion it acknowledges its heartfelt appreciation and raises a toast to all its members and on this special day it has some surprises for everyone.
MysticBoard.com started its humble journey 2 years ago as SunSigns.org. But today is another day; Mystic Board has grown into a thriving bee hive of activity. And to celebrate the occasion Swetha Lodha, the owner of Mystic Board is proud to announce the introduction of several new initiatives for an all round experience to take you on an unforgettable journey into the esoteric world.
On the occasion of its 2nd anniversary, Mystic Board proudly announces the introduction of new forums, such as; I Need A Hug — A place where you can share your problems or just rant away your blues; Mystic Competitions — Contests for members with prize giveaways. Win cash prizes and lots of other goodies; Everyday Predictions — Predictions about anything and everything in the different esoteric fields; Myths — Fact or Fiction — Age old myths to be discussed; Symbology — for discussions on symbols and their importance in the esoteric world; and lots more.
Swetha is also proud to announce that MysticBoard.com will update its various esoteric online dictionaries starting with the Dream Dictionary which will see over 1,000 more dream meanings and symbols added to it. Astrology Dictionary, Tarot Dictionary and Psychic Dictionary will also be updated.
Even as Swetha is running out of breath, she adds, “There is more … we will be launching a comprehensive love and marriage compatibility test software which will include tests based on numerology, Vedic astrology, western astrology and Chinese astrology. And to top it all you will soon find other softwares such as reflexology, hypnosis, Egyptian and Celtic astrology to name but a few.”
Celebrations are abound on MysticBoard.com. A long standing member V. T. Govardhan, who was awarded the Express Star Teller Astrology Magazine’s Nostradamus Award 2004 – 2005 for accurate astrological predictions adds, “Mysticboard.com is a very unique and very comprehensive and simultaneously an exhaustive site on various matters of predictive science. I take pleasure of wishing mysticboard.com and all the members’ happy anniversary.” “Congratulations to the creators of this site … your celebration today shows that your vision was right,” said Rhutobello, one of the older members of Mystic Board.
Swetha, the owner of MysticBoard.com, says, “Just bringing the name on my lips makes me smile and wonder where I would be today if it hadn’t been for this wonderful community. Members have always been the heart and soul. Believe me, the journey from Sunsigns.org to MysticBoard.com hasn’t been an easy one. And though Mystic Board has come a long way its isn’t anywhere near the finishing line just yet and a lot of activities have been planned for the future too.”
Started by Swetha Lodha, this board was nothing more than a personal hobby which soon became known for its friendly and open environment. Swetha started this online discussion forum with the aim that people from different walks of life could come together to share their happiness and sorrows. She still cannot believe that within two years the forum has become such a major sought after mystic forum on the Internet.
Membership to MysticBoard.com, which includes unlimited participation in hundreds of discussions, is totally free. Moreover, the existing members can refer their friends to join as members. Also, they can opt to have their own personal blogs where they can post their thoughts to share with others.
Swetha says, “Today the forum has become ‘the’ online meeting place for all those who are interested in esoteric conversations. I do not have words to express my heartfelt appreciation to its members’ for making Mystic Board such a special place.” She adds, “I believe that the next 2 years will prove to be even more fascinating.”

Hypnosis-Self-Help.com Announces New Location In Coral Springs, Florida
Hypnosis-Self-Help.com Announces New Location In Coral Springs, Florida
Pompano Beach, FL (PRWEB) September 4, 2010
South Florida hypnotist D.J. Frost has opened a new location in Coral Springs, Florida. The new hypnosis office at 2929 University Drive continues Frost’s mission to help people overcome stress, habits and fear so that they can enjoy all that life has to offer. His website http://www.hypnosis-self-help.com/sessions.html gives more details.
Frost’s clients travel from as far away as Miami or Jupiter to experience a hypnosis session with him keeping goals in mind such as to stop smoking or lose weight. Other reasons for a visit include the desire to manage stress or anger, increase confidence, make peace with their past and countless other reasons. A satisfied client, Allyson explains, “He made me feel very comfortable, and at ease. He understood exactly where I needed to go, and he explained everything that he was going to do. He was patient, kind, and very easy to talk to. After our session was over, I was relaxed, relieved and I felt as if a weight had been lifted off of me that had been weighing me down for years.”
A personal hypnosis session with DJ is unlike other hypnotists who often read from a prepared script. He customizes the session according to whatever problem or challenge his clients are facing. Frost says that “I use my own process of Hypnotic Time Sequencing weaving together a combination of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Regression, Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique, Parts Integration and so much more to break down subconscious barriers for my clients. When you experience this, you walk away with a new perspective.”
Hypnotist D.J. Frost serves Broward, Palm Beach and Dade counties. He is a frequent guest on major news outlets including FOX NEWS CHANNEL, NBC TV MIAMI, AMERICA TONIGHT and many others. Advanced Hypnosis Center Announces November is National Stop Smoking Month
Advanced Hypnosis Center Announces November is National Stop Smoking Month
Tempe, AZ (PRWEB) November 2, 2006
“November is National Stop Smoking Month and our goal is to help 100 people quit smoking during November,” says Karen Marshall, Clinical Hypnotherapist and founder of Advanced Hypnosis Center of Tempe.
Hypnosis patients are more than twice as likely to quit smoking. According to a University of Iowa report, in 600 different studies involving 72,000 people across America and Europe, hypnosis was three times as effective as nicotine replacement methods and 15 times as effective as trying to quit alone.
“If you feel like you have tried everything and just can’t seem to quit smoking, perhaps it’s time to try hypnosis,” says Marshall.
“About 29% of the population smokes, and of those, 70% are looking for a way to quit. Even if someone has tried and failed to quit in the past, with hypnosis, they can finally be free from the addiction,” says Karen Marshall.
“Hypnosis helps reprogram the subconscious mind, which is the seat of all behaviors, including habits and addictions. It’s completely safe, reliable and quick. Everyone with normal brain functioning can be hypnotized,” Marshall adds. “90% of our patients quit smoking with just one or two sessions. The only requirement for getting therapeutic results is that the person has a conscious desire to change, or in other words, is in agreement with the suggestions.”
Individual sessions are twice as effective as group sessions. People are individuals and different people smoke for different reasons. All of Advanced Hypnosis Center’s programs are one-on-one, private and customized to individual needs.
How does it feel to be hypnotized?
“During hypnosis, you are not asleep, but rather in a state of consciousness somewhere between awake and asleep. You are completely aware of everything that is occurring in the surrounding environment as well as what is happening in the inner mind. You are in control the whole time, and you cannot be made to do anything that would violate your morals or your values. It’s fun, relaxing, and an efficient method to make important health and behavior changes,” she adds.
As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Karen Marshall is a member of the Arizona Society for Professional Hypnosis and can be reached at 480-231-1101 or on the web at http://www.AdvHypnosis.com.
